@TranquilGalega looks like your leaves are decaying from a lack of sunlight, too much moisture and poor air circulation. Monstera’s like a warm, humid, tropical environment but they also need to get 5-6 hours a day of bright indirect light to thrive. I’d move it out of the bathroom and put it by a sunny window. If you are worried about humidity, add a pebble tray filled with water under the plant. Also you have drainage in that pot? If not, the soup could be holding too mich water which can damage the roots so definitely move it to a pot with draining holes
