Dry spots on Rattlesnake Calathea leaves - cause?

My Rattlesnake Calathea is struggling with lots of spots drying out and new growth dying. It has gotten plenty of water since I bought it mid April (I was thinking maybe too much, but tilted it on its side for a day and none drained out), and is in a green glass pot ≈ 6in diameter, no drainage but has some rocks on the bottom. Up until I noticed this issue getting worse, it was on a plant stand in a south facing window with blinds. After noticing the dried spots growing and more popping up all over the plant, I moved it to my completely shaded back porch, in case slight direct sunlight, or stagnant air could be the problem. It's been here a few days now on the porch and the leaves keep getting more dried out. The soil is still moist so I'm holding off from watering it any more. Any ideas what I can do to help this? #help #HappyPlants #NewPlantMom #PlantAddict

I don't know what to tell you to fix it. I do want to tell you I've never seen this plant before and it's awesome! I hope you can heal it!
