It looks more like a Kalanchoe luciae (flapjack) to me. I have a neighbor that has several planted in his yard and they grow a long and beautiful stalk when they are going to flower. Then they produce beautiful flowers. And then they die. But they will start having many pups before that day comes. But I’m fairly new to this plant world so don’t take my word for it lol.
I used my other app to identify what it was from the screenshots and that app is usually not incorrect when I cross check it with a google search etc. There is always a first but it hasn’t failed me yet. I use the Greg app that I love so much for the community and the neat way the app is fun and inviting with neat ways other apps do not have about it. My other app is a lot of factual information that helps me learn more to understand how to best care for the particular plant I’m interested in. I like using both for the best of both worlds!!☺️😊🪴🌱🌵🏜️
