What happened to my monstera?
Any idea what's going on? It's pretty new plant. Watered it only twice since I got it (14-20 days ago)

Your plant card says its pot doesn’t have drainage, so that’s likely the issue imo. Id take it out of the pot it’s in, examine the roots to ensure there isn’t any rot, and repot into a pot with drainage. You could use a nursery pot and then put it in the decorative pot you have here
@MeticulousWorm Welcome to Greg. What is your watering schedule for it? It’s looks overwatered to me. Since your pot doesn’t have drainage it’s overwatered. Water could still be sitting in the bottom of the pot, when that happens it can lead to root rot. I would recommend repotting into a pot with drainage, but if you don’t, check the soil before watering, stick your finger in about 2 to 3 inches into the soil, if it’s still moist hit snooze m, if it’s dry water it. But the browning of the leaves is an indicator of overwatering.
@meticulousworm I like to put the plants in a slightly smaller Growers pot then place into the pretty pot. Way easier to manage watering, fertilizer and all that. I also don't use self watering pots. I drown them... 🤷🏼‍♀️
