Hello @RichlyMistystar. I believe that is a Crassula Cotyledons or Paddle Plant, not a Perle von Nurnberg. You can report anytime if they're inside under grow lights or during the growing season. I would recommend a 4 inch terracotta pot with drainage hole and a chunky/gritty succulent mix with added amendment like perlite or the like for extra drainage and aeration for the roots. Only water when the soil is completely dry and they do like a dry period in between waterings.
