Your gonna want to transplant due to cleaning roots and cutting away any black or soggy roots . A hydrogen peroxide solution should help them heal the damage from the pest .looks like babies or eggs . But getting rid of them . You’ll also want to spray any other plants with neem oil . It will prevent more damage on all plants . These things spread quickly .
@ILoveMyPlants It seems like that's what I will have to do. Hopefully not to much damage since I planted them 3 or 4 days ago.
