@AvidPrayerplant you have it in direct sunlight which could be burning and drying out the leaves. Further to that, these plants require high humidity so if you don’t have a humidifier, place a tray filled with pebbles and water under your plant to create moisture and air flow. African Violets thrive in bright indirect light. I’d be moving it away from that window. Place it in a bright spot 3 feet away from the window. A northwest or East facing window are the best. I keep mine in an enclosed greenhouse with grow lights. She seems pretty happy there. Another thing is the soil. The ideal mixture is equal parts of peat, perlite, and vermiculite or coco coir chips for good drainage and soil aeration. I hope this helps.
