Too much direct sun? Insufficient watering? Overwatering? Something attacking roots? Cursed by a sorceress? There isn’t much information to go on here.

It seems like that this one is just sensitive. The soil mix would be what's off. Which is why the one not far away is thriving. I do wish we could stop a sorceress from cursing plants, but rest assured no sorceress! I rolled a nat.20. seriously though it's soil. Which means back into the pot for this one and try a location with partial shade. Make sure the soil mixture is more even.
