New home shock?
I just brought this baby home last week and it had 6 big leaves.... now it has only three, maybe soon to be two! This is my first time with a philodendron and IDK what I did wrong? It's almost as if they are melting. They just get super soft and collapse. The soil is moist, not too wet, nestled next to an east window and didn't repot. 🤷♀️

@OpportunePilea I’d say it could have easily been over watered wherever you bought it . It would be worth checking the roots. Make sure they aren’t squishy or brown. If you find they are cut the bad off wash the roots left with a water and peroxide solution and if you choose dip in a little cinnamon to help heal it . I honestly don’t think shock would cause what you’re describing.
