Need Advice!!!

Hey guys! I just got an aloe plant for free from a coworker. It seems to be struggling and I would like to get her set up for success!

Elle, my aloe plant, has one main shoot that is quite large (I think she’s too big for this 4” nursery pot) and about 6 pups shooting off.

With that being said, plus her current state pictured below, what should I do here? My office is cold and doesn’t get a lot of natural light. I was hoping the pups can be repotted, but I’m not sure. ALL ADVICE/TIPS welcome!!! #AloeVera #NewPlants #help
10ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage

OK cut the dead leafs off if you didn't already? And the bent or broken ones. I have trans planted a pup before you can normally just dig it out and put it in soil. if you have root propagation stuff then put that on there?
@HolyShangrila99 thank you! I haven’t done anything yet as I just got home and immediately posted. Should I maybe give it a few days to adjust to the new environment first or just go for it?
Cut the dead ones but leave the bent ones in one or two days cut the bent ones. and if you propagate pothos or any other plants the leafs are a natural rooting hormone
As others have mentioned, cut the dry dead leaves. If it's still thick to the touch, wait till it's dry out before cutting. As for the esthetic display of aloe, it will be this "porcupine" shape sooner or later as it forms new shoots from the main root vein and in some cases above the soil's level, when confined to space. It's very healthy but this is how it grows in nature, a bunch of minis forming one enormous aloe' bundle
