WOW! Alrighty my friend so first I can see we still got some green so there's a chance. Next we wanna know what's the root situation, dried up falling off? Mushy falling off? Or are they hanging on? If we have roots we have a chance. After that remove everything that could hinder which means rot. You might have to downsize your pot as well. Good luck, keep posted!
Since there's no drainage for this plant it might take a while to dry out. You may need to repot in fresh soil if the current soil is too damp. Don't water after repotting - stick to your regular watering schedule but keep an eye on it. Best of luck, these are hardy plants ðŠīð
