Hi everyone new mom of plants here, I was given this plant and it has a brown spot on it/hole. You can see it in the photo and was wondering what I should do to cure this. Any info is helpful. Thank you in advance.

You just have to be careful. There's no fixing it, you just have to make sure it's not getting bigger. Make sure it doesn't get water in it. (:
