Trouble propagating

I have been trying to water propagate my Swiss cheese vine or monstera adansonii but haven’t had much luck and it looks like it might be dying. It’s been in water for about 2 months now and there is no root development. I had it propagating with a golden poths for about a month and a half. I change the water once a week. Any tips?
12ft to light, indirect
6” pot with drainage

@GoldHedera45 yes! :) when roots grow they secrete a hormone to signal growth. If you water less at the start & top off for two weeks, or three you’ll give the roots a chance to devour that hormone and grow!! The indirect light sounds great! I’ve got mine in a southern window, but they’re little babies :) is the tip where you cut mushy at all? Look like it’s rotting? You might just need to cut back a tiny bit & treat with some peroxide. :) best of luck!!! Let me know if you have any questions :)
@GoldHedera45 water less and top like @teacher12 mentioned this morning!! A huge help has been these prop drops I got online too, if you can! And how is the light for it? :)
@Prentyce it’s being water propagated! It’s also currently in indirect sunlight!
@Prentyce thank you this is so helpful! Should I add another cutting of the golden pothos in there? I did cut and treat the end of it today as well! :) lastly I have indoor plant food, should I add any to the water?
@GoldHedera45 a tiny bit would be perfect!! Otherwise yes I’d add the pothos! This guys grow like weeds in water, it may jumpstart the root growth on your Monstera🀩🌱πŸ₯Ήβœ¨ eeek!!! Best of luck!!
