I got this palm about a month ago and noticed today a lot...

#ParlourPalm
3ft to light, indirect
10” pot with drainage
Last watered 6 days ago
I did a little research bc it’s been a while since I had spider mites, and my croton petra might have them. I’m going to share photos of what I found. Definitely try to get mites off with a strong water stream or a microfiber cloth. Mist it with water, too, to increase the humidity. The alcohol mix mentioned in the Reddit post worked for many but burned one person’s plant, so be cautious if you try that. Test the solution on a less-visible leaf and wait to see if it reacts before spraying the whole plant

@DivineMelon93 thank you!!
I’ve dealt with spider mites several times, including on my parlor palm. What’s worked best for me is drenching the leaves with rubbing alcohol and letting the plant sit in a dark room for about 10 minutes. After that, I thoroughly rinse the leaves to remove any remaining mites or residue. I also keep the plant quarantined and continue washing the leaves every few days until there’s no sign of spider mites left. I’ve followed this routine twice before, and it’s worked like a charm each time!
@ochre thank you! I’ll give this a try.
