#Syngonium unsure why mold is forming on the soil. Should I repot with new soil? And how to prevent this?

Is your plat card correct? A pot without drainage will kill your plant. It could be just sitting is mushy soaking wet soil. It could also be a lack of air flow. I would repot asap into a pot that has drainage holes. While these guys don’t care for bone dry soil, they also don’t want soaking wet soil.
