Any ideas what causes the rusty little spots on the leaves of my #clusia ?

6” pot with drainage

@SuperblyLilac Thank you so much! 🌱 I wanted to get some Neem oil anyway, I heard it’s good againts a bunch of culprits. I only tried treating it with a little soapy water so far.
