Hi! Does anyone have any tips to help grow my VFT? She is...

Hi! I would say that the thing your vft would benefit from most right now is an increase in light! Normally the flat & kinda wilty petioles are caused by lack of light. They need 8 or more hrs of direct sunlight or 14hrs under a strong growlight. I find that it's easiest to get the proper amount of light for it outdoors. You'll also know that it's getting enough light because the traps should get some red in them.
Vfts are bog plants (grow in wet savannas and bogs in a small area of the Carolinas). So, the wet soil is actually a good thing. They don't tolerate being dried out at all.
Overall, it looks healthy just needs some light! :)
