@MaestroPlumtree when you say “another”, do you have other plants with brown spots? How often do you water this plant? Most often the yellow ish brown can indicate fungal infection, and any fungicide will help (most soil has a version of it, overwatering can make the fungus really come alive). Can you give more info about this plant, the pot it is in, how much light it gets etc?
