Syngonium albo prop

I just got this cutting for a #SyngoniumAlbo. Can I prop 4 cuttings?
I was thinking of cutting the big cutting into 4 (each with a node). I’d get rid of the white leaves and keep the ones that have green.
So I’d propagate two cuttings with leaves and two without them.
Should I do that? Or is it better to leave it as it is? Or how would you guys make the divisions?

Hi! You could totally do that. I think as long as you have a node you’ll eventually get roots and a new plant. The question is what do you want long term?

Splitting into four cuttings will give you four plants eventually but it’ll take a loooooooong time. Leaving as is will get you a bigger plant more quickly (that you can prop whenever) but only one plant. πŸŒ±β˜€οΈβ€οΈ
Personally I’d leave it as it for now. I got a cutting with 2 leaves a node and a tiny tiny root. I’ve had it in water by a grow light and I’ve lost both leaves but it did grow a new leaf that is now unfurling. The roots have grown to 4 but all very small still. I’m still afraid it might not pull thru. Pics- day it came, after a couple weeks 1 leaf and roots. Last pic how it looked the other day with some rooting hormone added and a pothos in with it.
If you do prop it maybe only split it into 2 instead of 4.
@KDkat3 @RealSimpleMama I got a bit impatient and cut them all lol.
I have two bare nodes propagating on a prop box with sphagnum moss, and the two leaves propagating on water with #PothosWater to help them root faster.
