Why? πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜’

I propagated this beautiful black prince, & she was thriving looking so good! Her leaves were big and juicy & then randomly all of her bottom leaves just started falling off ! 😒 Anyone know why this is? First pictures are of when she was thriving last is now.. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PropagationStation #SucculentLove #PlantTherapy #NewPlantMom #PlantCorner #BlackPrince

@thecrystalbabe hm. The dry, crispy leaves is normal leaf reabsorption. The stems look green and healthy, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Sometimes Echeveria will drop a bunch of lower leaves to make way for new growth. Just keep a careful eye on it and when in doubt, be sparing with the water.
Were the leaves dry and crispy when they fell, or yellow and mushy?
@Charli3Plant a little bit of both.. which I don’t water it until the leaves are showing me signs of dehydration. I use this app for watering schedules as in to see when the last time I water them I don’t always water them on a schedule unless they need it.
@Charli3Plant Charlie- omg your Easter/Christmas cacti πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°
It could be too much water ? Or maybe even stress but most likely too much water and maybe not enough light.
@Charli3Plant Thank you! πŸ₯°πŸ’š
