My Flapjack plant has nee shoots coming from root mass, should i leave them or is it better for plant if i just remove( and propagate )

This would be a personal preference. If you enjoy a fuller look then leave it as is. If you want a more manicured look then you should gently pluck it off the momma plant and propagate. Either way it doesn’t hurt the mother plant. Enjoy!
