How do I care for a succulent that comes bare rooted?

I'm looking at Echeveria rainbow on Etsy, and all sellers have them bare rooted. I've never had one like that before! #plantsmakepeoplehappy #happyplants #plantaddict #echeveria #succulentsquad #succulentlove #echeveriarainbow
It is mainly telling you that it ships bare root you will plant it in your mix when it arrives
@Plantyspy what does that even mean that’s not an answer was it just to get the points?
@LittleSongbird When it arrives, if the roots are nice and white, and hydrated, go ahead and plant. But if they are sort of dessicated and spindly brown roots, you might want to do some water therapy for a few days until you actually see roots responding. That's just a thought because I have had issues with some succulents never really taking off because they have dried roots upon arrival.
Plant it in a terracotta or unglazed clay pot with some succulent cactus soil
@Plantyspy You're only trying to get points. Not helpful.

Look at the oasis of the person who said "lalalal"
I only see what seems to be 4 real plants, all else is from random magazines and ads
@LittleSongbird yeah that’s crazy for sure
You will receive it with out a pot, & no dirt on the roots. so I would pot it up, in your succulent soil & new pot. I would care for it the same as any new plant, and it may need some water depending on how long it takes to get there (if you are ordering these bare root plants) but it’s important to get that baby in its new home so it can get the nutrients/water it needs πŸ‘πŸΌπŸŒ±
@LittleSongbird I noticed that this morning (that profile with screenshots for plants) after they tagged me in a post about a sick monstera.. it was odd in a way.. there were no pics of the plant, and then someone else commented β€œlol” I started feeling like I was being trolled or something πŸ˜‚πŸ™ˆ lmfao
@TidyTigerpear Okay, thank you!!

I've actually seen quite a few of these people at this point. It's a shame
@UltraKoreanfir thanks this will help me out.
