My Mystique Orchid seems to be doing well but I’m concern...

I could absolutely be wrong but it looks to me jsut like either it’s not getting enough water or the plant is getting rid of the leaf to prepare for new growth

I see then it seems as if it may jsut be new growth because the other leafs look super healthy and shiny
