Do you have others that already have roots sprouting? What is your process? How moist do you keep them? Someone should be able to help you with some more info if you care to share πŸ™‚
It takes some time for them to start doing anything, if they do decide to! It can take weeks or even months. Some leaves may not produce anything while some may only produce roots or only a pup.

But that looks like a good, healthy taken leaf so I would just give it time and leave it to do its thing!

When did you do it? And also, they don’t always do it. So if it doesn’t grow, just leave it there, and if it shrivels up, don’t worry! It’s not your fault.
Oh and don’t keep it moist. In fact, Sedum loves to have dry soil. They’re a kind of succulent and they grow in the desert.
