Help —my plants been like this for almost a week
My plant usually gets watered every few days or so just like the tag the plant came with and even the leaves are green and I haven’t watered the soil since it has stayed moist for over a week now it doesn’t seem to be growing and I believe it is dying. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can reverse this effect? For reference my plant is a dragon tree. I really don’t know what went wrong. And it is also the only plant in my house that is having issues.

Given that the pot has no drainage and you were watering it every fre days it's probably over watered. I would give it some time to dry out and maybe recover a bit, and then repot it into better soil that is well draining and into a pot with drainage. When you repot it check the roots as Ryan mentioned, and carefully trim away any that are black and mushy.
I’ll try that. Thank you for the suggestion! She’s my favorite so I’ll do my best to help her recover, I appreciate the advice @CarltonUOP @tmbryant37 😊
Unfortunately it looks like the plant is rotting. Once it’s mushy and brown like that the stem and most of the roots probably are rotted. If there are some white roots in the soil somewhere and you’re patient you might be able to grow another one but these plants need drainage and a little bit more light
