Looks like you have it in lecca. You likely need to give it a bit of plant food since leca doesn't have any nutrients. You also need to rinse the lecca about once a month

Gia i did give it plant food, i just transferred it but it does have pon also with lecca on top. You think if I cut the leaf it will come back? It's totally dead now .😔
