Those black inky spots scream thrips to me. Thrips can fly (albeit not very well) so they're likely on your other plants as well.
I would quarantine this plant and take a look at your other plants. Thrips are very tiny. Take a damp paper towel and wipe them along your different plants leaves to see what you pick up.
You might see adult thrips, or tiny specks that sort of squirm slowly, or even tiny larvae.
You can post a photo close up of what you find if you need help, just tag me. Happy to also help with treatment as I just got rid of thrips this summer. They are awful to get rid of and require commitment.
