My peace Lily seems to thrive and then suddenly the leave...

3ft to light, indirect
10” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 month ago
peace lilies prefer medium, indirect sunlight. If they're exposed to too much direct sunlight or even too little, they will often develop yellow leaves. overwatering or under-watering can also commonly cause leaves to wilt and turn yellow or brown around the edges.
These are known as some of the most #DramPlants πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Mine does the same thing. Just like you I take great care of it. It's not an easy plant imo. I may ditch mine bc I've had it 4 years and I'm over the dramaπŸ˜‚
hi, this is a common problem, although it usually stays at a low stage, like only brown tips. Mostly it is caused by improper watering or fertelizing (over/under watering or fertelizing). Keep in mind that they love indirect sun and moist soil with a higher humidity then normal room humidity.I would suggest cutting the damaged parts where you can (if only the tips are affected, make sure to cut at an angle), this will maintain the plant fresh. I separeted my 10 year old peacelily into four, I also dealed with this problem, it is not causing high damaging to the plant, although if it still countinues and it is not taken care of, it may be killing the plant. (You will not have to worry that much if only the tips are this way)
