It’s Leaf Spot Disease. Trim that leaf off and take your plant to quarantine. This happens when they are overwatered and have less than ideal air circulation. Take a new spray bottle, add two tablespoons of baking powder with two teaspoons of mineral oil and distilled water and treat the plant foliage with it. Ease up on the watering. Make sure you wipe the leaves down every few weeks and only water from the bottom when it needs watering. Make sure your pit has drainage. Good luck! 🌿
