@KrunchyWrap it’s because you let it flower. Once they flower the plants all like bye bye life, ima go die now. Pinch off all the flowers and it MIGHT send a message to the bottom for new growth.
(I said this two months ago but what do I know, I just have awesome coleus!!!) bwaahahahahahah
This is a coleus not a begonia. That might help 😊 I don’t own any coleus so that’s all the help I can give haha
@HoyaAddict πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I keep mixing them up and I have no clue why except coleus looks like it would be called begonia and vice versa. Lmao
@KrunchyWrap 🀣🀣 Too funny!
@KrunchyWrap I wish I could help too. I grew mine from seeds last year.
@Jilliebeanstalk i didn’t know that coleus flowers would cause this.. interesting πŸ€”β€¦ another reason why I like plants for their foliage not flowers lol
@NMazon yup, they’re kinda like lettuce and herbs. NO BOLTING ALOUD or death πŸ’€ πŸ˜‚
@KrunchyWrap coleus plants are so easy to propagate. You can cut the tops off, stick them in water to root and within a couple of weeks be ready to pot back up.
@KrunchyWrap I have two props going right now but the first one looks so good, I may end up keeping it in water to stay in the house.
@KrunchyWrap as soon as you see flowers starting to form, pinch them off.
@Jilliebeanstalk my herbs chose death. πŸ˜… Except somehow they’re alive every spring so I guess they’re just faking it like a possum. πŸ˜‚
@tango for sure. They are likely self seeding and acting like perennials.
