Alocasia

Hello!! I got an alocasia today. According to the tag, it's an Alocasia Longiloba. The last time I tried to grow an Alocasia, it ended up dying... whoops. Last time, I grew it outside, so I think this time I'm going to try growing it indoors. It looks pretty rough, and it looks like there's some sort of pests under the leaves. I think re-potting it might be the best thing to do. What are the basic care requirements? I specifically would like to know the soil mix that they like, the temp that they like, and how many hours of light to give them. It would be under a grow light. All advice is appreciated 😁 #alocasia #care

Update: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that the pests are mealybugs.. Do I just get rid of the plant? It has 2 leaves and is super small. I don't want to even risk the bugs spreading to my other plants.
Pains in the ass. I recommend very good draining soil. Let dry fully then water - soaking. Terra cotta pots make it easier to control. Use systemic by blondie in the soil when repotting.
Also, keep them away from other plants while you deal with current bug issue. Wipe down each leaf with neem oil
