Hi there, first thing I see is you’ve put it in a pot that has no drainage. Monstera needs to be in evenly moist soil, drainage is important. They also need bright indirect sunlight. Lack of bright light is the biggest reason for slow growth. Also, if you’re watering with tap water- it has Chlorine and that harms the roots of Monstera. I fill a gallon milk jug and let it sit (in-capped) for 24 hours so the Chlorine dissipates, then water. Hope this helps!
your pot is very large, my monstera has about 5-6 leaves and it’s in a 5.5-6 inch pot. when your pot is too big your monstera will put more energy into growing roots rather than leaves.
