I ran your images through Google, and this is what I found. Outside of that, it could be time to repot it. Apparently they like to be a little tight but not rootbound

From your plant details, it seems like it needs way more light and possibly humidity

@DivineMelon93 thank you so much for the response. I think, however the plant that Google shows is different because my plant doesn’t have the red flower growing.

@ZestfulKanna30 I’m pretty sure your plant is an anthurium, so maybe it’s just not flowering bc it’s not doing too hot?
