Repotting hen and chicks.

Is there any way to get the hen and chicks out to repot them without damaging them or disturbing my echeveria? They are squeezed in there and can't spread out and my echeveria is starting to get misshapen.
2ft to light, indirect
6โ€ pot with drainage

Hello, hens and chicks owner here. I know nothing about echeveria, but I believe you can get the hens and chicks out by simply pulling them out. If you accidentally end up ripping or damaging the hens and chicks, they can most likely grow back with ease and are easily propagatable.
You can also try a repot since that pot looks too small for it. Often, when a plant's root structure is too small, it'll become weaker.
Once I got everything out, there was more room for my echeveria. And @Riverleafwing, you were right. Once I got the nerve, I just loosened the soil and they came right out. Thank you!!
