@JesssJungle might be able to help
My guess is mealy bugs.
@SassyHan Iโ€™m with the above poster. Hopefully someone can tell you how to take care of them . Iโ€™d make sure itโ€™s not near any other plants .
@danisgreenhouse how do I get rid of them??
@ILoveMyPlants luckily itโ€™s alone!
@SassyHan Iโ€™d wipe it down with neem oil and soapy water for starters . I know theyโ€™re hard to get rid of . Iโ€™d say to submerge in water but not to sure with a succulent .
I had them on a cactus once. Picked them all off like you have. Sprayed with straight isopropyl alcohol, dried out any I missed. You can also add bonide systemic granules next time you water to kill any that may reoccur.
Mealybugs can be killed with 70% isopropyl alcohol. If the infestation is small use a qtip. But yours looks pretty infested so Iโ€™d use a spray bottle and spray it down with it.
@PricklyThumb I did spray it all off. I canโ€™t see any more white stuff lol but Iโ€™m thinking I might need to use something to keep them off
@SassyHan once youโ€™ve taken care of the current infestation (and this can take time, more than one spraying) you can use the Bonide granules like @danisgreenhouse suggested or give it a weekly spray of alcohol or neem oil or a Pyrethrin spray.
@SassyHan one of my plants had a mealybug problem. I soaked a q tip in isopropyl alcohol and got the big ones. Then I sprayed down the whole plant with the isopropyl alcohol, Iโ€™m pretty sure I diluted it.
Looks like Snow but Iโ€™m afraid to say they are milly bugs.
Happened to mine before. I cleaned it off with a q-tip and used neem oil about twice a month until they were gone. Took almost a year, but looking great now.
