How often do I water this guy. Just got him yesterday and watered him. This app I’ve uploaded three plants and it says 12 days for all of them. Don’t know if that’s accurate.

5” pot
Last watered 2 months ago
My bunny ears is watered every 8 days. Be careful not to touch the plant. Those spines are awful.
Water the plant when the top one inch (2.5 cm.) of soil is dry. Allow the water to drain out of the pot and remove any excess from the saucer. During fall and winter, water lightly onlyΒ every three to four weeks. I hope this helps!! πŸͺ΄ 🌱
A cactus should be watered only when the soil is virtually dry.
@BigChinarose Bunny Ears Cactus Care: Water can be the death of the plant but it does need consistent moisture during the growing season. Water the plant when the top one inch (2.5 cm.) of soil is dry. Allow the water to drain out of the pot and remove any excess from the saucer. During fall and winter, water lightly only every three to four weeks.

I guess this answer depends on whichever website you read.
I only water mine when soil is completely dry! and I mean all soil! to the bottom of the pot!
Every twelve days is accurate, as long as the soil is dry when it’s time to water.
