Growing Vertically instead of curving out.

#SpiderPlant Any ideas? It gets great morning light. I use treated (de chlorinated) water. I keep tabs on soil moisture as Greg’s schedule seems to be a little too often. It’s called for watering today and my meter shows moist. When I water, I pour off what drains. Could it be the decorative rocks? Overall she’s healthy but not growing out πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸͺ΄πŸŒ± #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth

@GreenPurpose I think she looks great! I would just let her dry out a bit between watering. Maybe half way down the pot, or until that meter actually gets a reading on the dry side. I admit that I nearly killed a large healthy spider plant from sporadic under and then over watering. I managed to save one piece! And that let dry out in between watering.
@nellz4estfairyz yes! That’s exactly what I’m doing. I’m getting thrown off by seasonal changes. There was a time 7 days worked. Now I’m at close to 12 days. Long as she stands up I’m happy
@GreenPurpose I’m the same. All my plants are changing their needs for the winter.
She is beautiful! Honestly, I would think eventually she will curl down but at a higher level than the ones at the edge of the pot now. Either way, she will look even more beautiful than you would expect.
Decorative rocks do hold more moisture. Might need to water less often.
