The flowers on these don’t live forever so them dying is a part of its normal life cycle, you can prune away stems down to the leaf once all the flowers die to encourage more growth, try to get it closer to the window of you can 0-1 feet! Also be sure the soil is drying before watering again, these lovely ladies are very drought tolerant
@MollyMoon is so right! I got this plant for my daughter who forgets to water CONSTANTLY, but her kalenchole looks better than mine! I go in when the flowers are spent and cut the bunch off at the stem. Before I know it, it's blooming again!

She keeps hers in her east-facing window sill.
