What does it mean when the leaves bend like this?

A few have bent and they break eventually from the weight.

Homer lives in my bathroom and there's a few new ones coming up.

Hi Jackie! Aloe leaves start flopping over like that from being overwatered. It makes the leaves soft, and they're unable to support themselves. Aloe prefers a spot that's warm, dry, and gets at least some direct sunlight, so a bathroom is not the ideal place for it. They like their soil to dry out between waterings, but your bathroom's high humidity is keeping it wet for too long, which can ultimately lead to root rot. Plastic pots also keep soil moist for longer, which is why terracotta pots are recommended for succulents. Terracotta is porous, which allows for greater air flow and helps the soil dry out faster.
In my experience it’s over watering. They only need water 1x a month at most.
Thanks I've moved him to a full sun room which is north facing. He's a cape town boy so will that help?
A north-facing window is perfect! Too much intense direct sun can burn the leaves, especially during the summer β€” it's currently summer in Cape Town, correct?
