Is this a new plant in your oasis? It can be just simple acclimation. But it also can be under watering.

I had this problem with one of my succulents. I had it on my desk at work. I realized it started dying simply because of nearby negative energy. I moved it to another room, same sunlight, window orientation and watering but now it’s thriving. The person that sits in front of me and the most negative energy. She’s a people pleaser so that alone causes her to have a ton of fake/bad energy.
