Is This Revivable?

Help. This Rosemary got overwatered from constant rain, and it’s looking really rough!

Can it be saved, or is it a goner? Any tips?? #Rosemary #NewPlantMom #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #help

I would say its a goner 🥲 You can always do the bark test though! Scratch the bark and if its green underneath, theres still hope!
