Both monsteras worked hard this week, putting out so much new growth. Miami (birkin) seems to be quite happy in her new home. And Medusa the brasil has been putting out longer leaves but, new leaves nonetheless 💚

Not much going on this week as we head into shorter days, but my #philodendronburlemarxvarigata has two new leaves coming through and my #peperomiaprostratastringofturtles is booming with growth and has tonnes of flowers! Some vines are well over 50cm now. While pep flowers aren't the prettiest, I love having them on there...especially since there's always a chance seeds will appear on them!

@Jilliebeanstalk I have 4 trays now (maybe 5) that I just try things with. Like one has good sandy coir, one a crap soil on half and good soft soil on the other, one is a plant tray that I covered with cling film (not the clear kind and so far winning) and one for the ‘special’ kids, that is to say they only have roots but no growth or Vice versa. Until I can get my regular planting mix down there may be more rot amongst the potted plants!! I saw someone do that so they would know which leaves came from what. I wasn’t impressed and am trying to make recycled tags I can write on.
