Should I cut the flower?

Hi all! My mom's urn plant has been like this for a couple days and I read somewhere that, now that the flower has died, it should be cut off. However, it has those little pink flower in big grey flower. Can/should I cut it now or should I leave it and wait until those lil pink things are dead too?

And I just made the apparently wise decision to check the inside and uhm... Should I just toss the whole plant?
@whatamidoing That's so sad that it dies after it blooms. Did it put any pups out? Look real good underneath for them.
@whatamidoing Here's what I found. No don't toss the whole plant! Keep watering it in order to not lose the offsets or pups. They are your new Urn Plant.
Look for "pups":
Around the base of the dying plant, you will see small new plants called "pups" or offsets growing;

Remove and pot the pups:
When the pups are about 5 inches tall, carefully detach them from the mother plant using a sharp knife, ensuring to keep some roots attached. Pot them individually in fresh potting mix.
Continue watering the mother plant:
Even though the mother plant is dying, keep watering it as usual until the pups are established.
Monitor the pups:
Provide the new pups with similar light and watering conditions as the adult plant.
