The bottom of the stem is brown: too much water.

It's not green, it's light green and yellowish all over, except the tiny one at the bottom: bleached by Sun, too much Sun.

Cure: put %50 shade over your cactus, avoid unfiltered Sun, do not water for a month, then water every 20 days.
