Hat are these webs in our crepe Myrtle?

Bag worms πŸ›. Look closely, see if you can find inch worms in there. If that is what is causing it, they sell bagworm spray to kill them off.
You can tear down the bags. Make sure you get the worms too. I wouldn’t spray. But that’s me. Organic way is better.
I don’t see any but it could be too early, if you see a bunch..and I mean you’ll see a ton of little worms inside it could be fall web worms. I usually get them before summer in KY and leave them since I also have birds that nest every year. While not cosmetically pretty they don’t cause serious damage and are a natural food source. Once they hatch they generally scatter in a couple days
