Hello everyone. I recently noticed that my cactus has these white-yellowish marks all around it's bottom. The cactus is a pair but it's only on the bigger one. So I am not quite sure what it is? It feels hard and doesn't come off. Any ideas?

I believe that's just the soil line. Years of mineral deposits and sitting in the soil will make it look like that. My cacti all have that kind of mark.
