#help

I truly cannot figure out how to get this plant happy. I’ve had her for about 6 months, got her with GORGEOUS leaves. I had her in a pot without drainage, repotted her a little while ago, but I do not know what to do to get her happy enough to grow some new leaves. She’s in direct light and has been treated with plant food, bio-insecticide, bio-fungicide, and bio-protectant (Arber) in soaks in the last watering. Any help is appreciated!
3ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage

I don’t have this plant, but I can tell you what I have read and then you can determine what is needed (I am looking into getting this plant)? It needs direct sunlight (most plants need indirect so this might be a huge factor). And it needs long lasting sunlight. It needs well draining soil, moist but not wet. Overwatering is the number one killer. If it starts to bud, pinch them off to encourage bushier growth. Have you checked for root rot?
When you repotted did you use a chunky well draining soil and only pot up an inch bigger than the root ball? I'm assuming the roots were healthy when you did the repot? These plants are so dramatic!
@TheOddAsity I have checked for root rot, and she gets so much direct light, but idk if the soil is super well draining, thank you!
@PoisedSeastock this might be it! The pot is significantly bigger than the root ball, I’ll try a smaller pot. The roots were healthy though! And glad to know it’s not just me πŸ˜‚
@SvelteTigerlily I have started to add a handful of sand, in addition to coco chips and perlite, to my plants that need good drainage. And I stopped using peat based soils as they seem to cling to roots. I use coco coir now as it’s air-ier and provided air pockets etc. Good luck!
@TheOddAsity thank you!!
