Cut this off or not?

Hi guys... This Golden Harvest raspberry was growing extremely well until it got into a bit of a speed bump today😅 I really need some advice. You can see all the buds are nice, strong and apple-green, but there is one fella at the top right corner that's becoming weaker. I'm contemplating of cutting it off and spray down some biological fungicide later today. Is this the right thing to do?
Context: Greg told me to water yesterday , and I did just that (500ml for fabric pot with a diameter of 24cm), and past few days been an absolute scorcher(39c) . Well I've following the schedule and it's been great for the past 3 weeks with no problems, untill today.
