Hi Abigail!
Your name is very uncommon. I love the name Abigail!
So....stop misting...they went soft because of having too much water in their soil. When it's time to water again, use distilled water and water from the bottom ðŸĪ—👍
Most plants end up dying from misting because it leaves the topsoil continuously wet, therefore inviting fungal infections and fungus gnats.
Also, their leaves and roots just can't handle being continuously wet, thereby also creating possible root rot and watery leaves 😎
Let your guys almost completely dry out before watering again. The usual advice is not to water until the first 2 inches of topsoil are dry.
Best of luck, dear friend and am hoping this helps a little! ðŸĪžðŸ‘
