I normally kill succulents (not as though I wanted too). Guess I've learned to use terracotta pots, NEVER use sand, and only water when the plant stops feeling firm. That last one is why my remaining succulents are alive. It's a knack you get used to. Gently push against the plant. It It's firm it doesn't need water. If it has a little bend to it than it's okay to give it water. I wish this schedule stuff would stop. There's no such thing. Every home, pot, environment, placement and a gazillion other variables are involved. Only you will know what your plant wants. You can remove it from its pot. Let it sit for awhile and if all looks well repot into a porous (like terracotta) small planter. The roots are shallow...the pot should be small. What do you think?
